AIMA-MAT May 2016 online application process and schedule dates

The All India Management Association (AIMA) invites applications from students to register for the Management Aptitude Test to be conducted in May 2016 (MAT-2016). MAT-2016 is the entrance test for MBA, PGDM and allied programs of business schools in India. Candidates can take the MAT either as a paper-based test or as a computer-based test. This aptitude test can get you into the best of the best business schools in India. Later, you can even opt for the AMCAT employability test.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be a graduate in any discipline. Final year students of any graduate course can also apply for MAT-2016.

Important Dates
1. For students completing the online registration by uploading digital image of photo & digital image of signature and completing online payment:  Last date for online registration for MAT-2016: 19/04/2016.

Note: For these students, there is no need to send the printout of the registration form. However, you should retain a printout of the registration form for later reference.

2. For students who affix the photo & sign the printout of registration form and for those who make the payment through Demand Draft (DD) or online payment:

• Last date for online filling-up of form: 16/04/2016
• Last date for submission of completed printout of registration form at AIMA, New Delhi: 19/04/2016

Note: For these students, send the printout of the registration form. The Demand Draft (DD) should also be sent along with the printout of the registration form, if the payment is made through DD. 

3. Paper-based MAT: 01/05/2016

4. Computer-based MAT: 07/05/2016

How to Apply

• You must register online at http://apps.aima.in/matmay16 with your credit card or debit card (ATM card) payment of Rs.1,200/-. You should check out the details of the registration procedure at the website.

OR

• You can obtain a crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.1,200/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Then register online at the website http://apps.aima.in/matmay16 with the details of the DD.

OR

• You can register online at http://apps.aima.in/matmay16 by making payment of Rs.1,200/- through Net Banking.
