2013 Institute of Science Mumbai Ph.D. entrance test
The Institute of Science (ISC) Mumbai invites applications from
eligible students for the Ph.D. Entrance Test 2013 (PET). The last date for
submitting the application form is April 15th 2013.
Registration fee along with application form: A Demand Draft in favour of ‘Director, The Institute of Science Mumbai’ of Rs.1000/- for general category and Rs.500/- for reserved category.
Where to get application form: The application form is available from the office of the Institute of Science, Mumbai between 11a.m. to 4p.m. on payment of Rs.10/- or it can be downloaded from the official website: www.iscmumbai.maharashtra.gov.in
Photocopies (duly attested) of the following documents must be submitted along with the completed application form:

The Ph.D.Entrance Test will be for the following subjects:
- Botany
- Biochemistry
- Biotechnology
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Microbiology
- Physics
- Zoology
Date of PET: 21st April 2013
Time of PET: 10a.m. to 1p.m.
Syllabus of PET: The various topics of included in the
compulsory/core papers at Postgraduate degree level programs in the respective
subject of the University of Mumbai.
