Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the i-Fellowship under a unique Biodesign program. This program is supported by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Indian Institute of Technolgoy (IIT). The progam is being offered in collaboration with international partners and techno-legal activities management by the Biotech Consortium India Limited, New Delhi.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the detailed schedule for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)-2015. GPAT facilitates institutions to select eligible candidates for admission to their Post Graduate Pharmacy programs which are approved by AICTE. Since last year, the GPAT has been conducted as a computer-based online test.

A Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST-2015) will be conducted for applicants seeking admission to a Ph.D. program or an Integrated Ph.D. program in: Physics/ Neuroscience / Theoretical Computer Science in one of the participating institutes listed below.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) is offering special scholarships for the single girl child for research in Social Sciences for the year 2014-2015. This is the Swami Vivekanad Scholarship having 300 slots. Applications for this scholarship should be made online only up to 30th November 2014.
