The University of Portsmouth, England is offering scholarships in collaboration with the British Council to students from India to pursue an MA Applied Linguistics and TESOL course [TESOL is the acronym for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages]. Seven scholarships are available for those who are permanent residents of India and are not receiving financial support or funding towards a study programme in the UK from any other source. Applicants should also not have p reviously studied at the degree level or higher in the UK or lived recently in the UK (that is, in the last three years).

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has announced the schedule of the online entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering courses in member  engineering colleges in Karnataka  for the academic session 2025-26. Students from the State of Karnataka as well as from other States can appear for the national level COMEDK UGET 2025 exam, which is a  single common entrance test followed by centralized counselling. The exam is scheduled for 10th May 2025. On the same day is scheduled  Uni-GAUGE  E 2025 for students who wish to get admission to B.E./B.Tech. courses in private engineering universities across India. The partner universities are in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh.

PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Colaba Mumbai, a CBSE-affiliated school is conducting walk-in interviews on the 3rd and 5th of March 20025 for recruiting a panel of temporary teachers on a contractual basis for the academic session 2025-26.  The  eligibility requirements for all posts are as per the recruitment rules of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and interested candidates should attend the interviews as per the scheduled date and time with relevant documents.

The Council of Architecture (COA), which is an autonomous statutory body of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, has announced that the  National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2025 will be conducted on designated Fridays in the afternoon and on Saturdays in two sessions from March 2025 to June 2025, subject to the number of candidates registered for the session. Registration for NATA 2025 begins on 3rd February 2025.
