Indian School, AL Ghubra, Oman invites applications from qualified and trained teachers for various positions. The desired age for all positions is between 40-45 years and should not exceed 50 years. Salary and perks are commensurate with the qualification and experience.

The jobs

1. Supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Elementary school graduate / post graduate + B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Primary / Elementary school.

2. Academic Coordinator

Educational Qualifications: CBSE Post Graduate with a teaching degree

Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in supervision and planning of curriculum in an international school

3. Sr. Math Teacher

Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in Maths + B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Maths in the senior secondary section (Classes 11 & 12) in a CBSE school

4. Sr. Biology Teacher

Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biology + B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Biology in the senior secondary section (Classes 11 & 12) in a CBSE school

5. Sr. Chemistry Teacher

Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry + B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Chemistry in the senior secondary section (Classes 11 & 12) in a CBSE school

6. Senior English Teacher

Educational Qualifications: M.A. in English + B.Ed.

Experience: 5 years of experience in teaching senior secondary classes in a CBSE school

7. Band Master

Educational Qualifications: not specified

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a school as qualified Band Master. Preferably candidates retired from the armed forces.

8. Music Teacher – Western Vocal

Educational qualifications: should have the right qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years in a well known school in training a choir

9. French Teacher

Educationa qaulifications: Graduate in the subject + teaching degree / Diploma.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of exepriecne teaching in a CBSE school
