Raleigh India Social Work volunteering placement program for students
Raleigh India is part of Raleigh International, which is a charitable organization which operates volunteering
programs overseas for people from different nationalities & backgrounds.
Through these programs, the organization aims to develop the leadership and employment
skills of the youth & make them aware of their role as an active global
citizen.One of the programs is Raleigh ICS (International Citizen Service).
About Raleigh ICS in India
As a volunteer, you will be live in a rural area and work on a rural community project. The teams include students from India and the UK. All food, accommodation, and travel expenses will be covered. At the end of the program you will receive a signed certificate of completion from the Prime Minister of the UK.
Eligibility
1. You should be an Indian National
2. Age: between 18-23 years
3. You should have a good level of English
4. You should have a passion for helping people and the desire to personally develop
Duration of the program: 10 weeks
Locations: Mysore, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu
