NCFE National Financial Literacy Assessment Test November 2016

The National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE) has announced the next National Financial Literacy Assessment Test to be scheduled for November 2016 to February 2017 as per the two levels of the text. Registration in now open for students.

The aim of the test is to check the level of financial awareness among school students. The target group this year are school students of Class VI to X. The text will assess their knowledge on: money, savings, banking, budgeting, insurance, investment, planning for retirement, etc. 

The test will be conducted online within the school as well as in offline (Pen & Paper) mode across India, both in English and Hindi.

There is no fee for the text. 

Registration for the test can be done through schools only.

Important dates
  • Registration begins: 15th October, 2016, for both online and offline test
  • Registration closes: 22nd November, 2016, for both online and offline test
  • First Level-Examination date: 25th November - 7th January, 2017 for online test / 1st December - 10 December, 2016 for offline test.
  • Second Level-Regional & National Competition: 1st February 2017 to 28th February 2017
