Motilal Nehru School of Sports, located in Rai, District Sonipat, Haryana is a prestigious sports school affiliated to the CBSE Board. The school is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Principal & Director. Applications should reach latest by 20th April 2017.

Brief profile
As Principal & Director, you will be the academic and administrative head of the school. You will be assisted by the Incharge academics & bursar (administrative officer) and supported by qualified & trained teachers.

Emoluments
Pay Matrix Level: 14, Cell-1 Rs.1,18,500/- as per the Seventh Pay Commission. If the selected candidate is a serving person, then the pay will be protected if it is in a scale higher that the prescribed one. In case of a retired person, emoluments payable would be salary minus uncommuted pension.

Eligibility requirements
Academic qualifications
You must be M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. or equivalent (IInd division) with B.Ed. Degree. Desirable qualification: Post graduate first division/M.Ed./M.Phil./Ph.D. additional weightage would be given in the selection criteria for the desirable qualifications.

Experience
You must have five years’ experience as Principal of a public school. Desirable: Experience as a Principal of a Sainik School/Military school/Sports school.

Age criteria
You should not be more than 62 years of age as on 1st April 2017.
Note: Additional weightage would be given for extra-currcicular activities and international sports achievements.
