Vishwashanti Gurukul Pune infrastructure, fees and admission process

Vishwashanti Gurukul, Pune is a co-educational international residential school which offers an education to children between 4 and 18 years of age. The school follows the IB curriculum. The school has future plans to become accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the National Association of Independent School (NAIS). Indian traditions and culture blend seamlessly with sports and other activities on the vibrant campus.

Academics
Vishwashanti Gurukul is affiliated to the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and also affiliated & certified by University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) to offer International General Certificate of Secondary Examinations (IGCSE) / CIE educational programs. The IB diploma is recognized in India for technical courses such as engineering, pharmacy, management, etc.  

The following are the academic programs covering the primary, middle and secondary levels:

1. Early Years: For children in the age group of 3 to 6 years.

2. Primary School years (IB PYP): For students in the age group of 6 to 12 years.

3. Middle School years (MYP and IGCSE): For students in the age group of 11 to 14 years.
 
4. High School years (IBDP): For students in the age group of 16 to 19 years.

Campus infrastructure and facilities
The campus of Vishwashanti Gurukul, Pune has the best of the best infrastructure and facilities for the wholesome development of students. 

There is a vast sports complex that matches international standards, including an Olympic sized swimming pool and a gymnasium with the latest equipment. Sports facilities are available for badminton, table tennis, cricket, football, basketball, and archery. The coaches appointed for sports training are highly qualified with the requisite certification in their respective fields. 

To nurture the budding talent of students, there are facilities for theatre, dance, music and fine arts.

Personality development and the important life skills are part of the learning process with mentoring from the House Masters/Mistresses, Boarding staff and Principal. All faculty can be approached by students at any time for necessary guidance since they stay on the campus itself. Extra classes and remedial class are organized when required to aid students learn better.

Admission process

Fill up the form and send it with a copy of the birth certificate and any other requisite documents.

You will receive an invitation to tour the campus and to attend an aptitude test / interaction with the school Principal

When the student is selected for admission to the school, you can pay the registration charges and an admission fee to confirm the admission.

You will need to pay the composite annual fee and other components of the fees within one month prior to the start of the school’s academic session.

Note: Applicants applying for the admissions to MYP and IBDP will be required to appear for an aptitude test in basic English and Mathematics in addition to the personal interview.
