SIES College Mumbai recruitment of Principal

The SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce invites applications from experienced candidates for the post of Principal. The vacancy of Principal is at each of its 2 colleges, one at Nerul and one at Sion. 

The appointment is a tenure post of 5 years or till the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier. Candidates having knowledge of Marathi will be preferred. Qualification & pay scale is as prescribed by UGC & University of Mumbai from time to time. Selected candidate will be provided rent free accommodation or HRA as admissible.


Eligibility
  • A Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks. Relaxation of 5% may be provided to Ph.D. Degree holders who have obtained their Master Degree prior to 19th September 1991.
  • A Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.
  • Associate Professor / Professor with total 15 years of experience in teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education.
  • A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).
  • Relaxation in marks may be provided for SC/ST/Differently-abled categories.
