Online registration for AICTE CMAT 2015-2016 First Test
The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has
announced the schedule for the National Level Common Management Test (CMAT) for
admission to management programs for the academic year 2015-2016. This announcement
is for the first Test, scheduled for September 2014. The second test will be
conducted in February 2015. Students thus get the opportunity to appear for
CMAT twice, with the better of the two scores being considered for admission.
How to Register for CMAT 2015 first test
1. Make your registration online from 3rd July, 2014
to 25th August, 2014 at the official website: www.aicte-cmat.in
2. There is a choice of 3 dates and 3 cities for the online exam. You can enter your order of preference.
3. Allotment will be provided on first-come-first-served basis. The actual allotment, though, will be subject to availability of the slots in a particular city.
Admission Process
2. In the event of there being no central counselling, the scores awarded in CMAT will be used for admission in the AICTE-approved Institutes/University Departments.

Eligibility Criteria
You must be a graduate in any discipline. Final year
students of a graduate course (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before
commencement of admission for 2015 can also apply for CMAT online.

1. The State Governments will provide a detailed merit list for
allotting the students through central counselling or otherwise as per their
respective admission procedures.
2. In the event of there being no central counselling, the scores awarded in CMAT will be used for admission in the AICTE-approved Institutes/University Departments.
AICTE CMAT Test Fee
- For General / OBC candidates: Rs.1400/- + Bank charges as applicable
- For SC/ST/PD candidates: Rs.700/- + Bank charges as applicable
Mode of Payment
- If payment is made online, then mode of payment is through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card
- If payment is made through challan-generated online, cash payment can be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India.

- Opening of registration: 03/07/2014
- Last date for online registration: 25/08/2014
- Taking a printout of Hall ticket: from 12/09/2014
- Computer-based Test Dates: 25/09/2014 to 29/09/2014
- Test Timings: 9.30a.m. to 12.30noon / 2.30p.m. to 5.30p.m.
- Declaration of Result: 30/10/2014
- Taking a printout of Score card: 30/10/2014 to 30/11/2014
