Newton-Bhabha Fund for Ph.D. scholars
The Newton-Bhabha Fund has been set up to develop joint
programs in science & research fields. These include neuroscience, mental
health, cancer biology, etc. The fund is named after Sir Isaac Newton,
mathematician and physicist and Homi Jahangir Bhabha, nuclear physicist.

Fund features
The costs covered will include that of:
- Visa fee
- Economy class international airfare
- Overseas travel insurance
- In-country costs include accommodation and stipend
Eligibility criteria
You should be a Ph.D. fellow of the Innovation in Science
Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) who has completed a minimum of 2 years
of research.
How to apply
Your application should be submitted with an endorsement
from both the sending and receiving supervisor. The receiving supervisor should
give a confirmation that they will host the student, stay duration and the
fees.
