The Lawrence School Sanawar Shimla recruitment of Headmaster/Headmistress 2019

The Lawrence School, Sanawar, Shimla Hills invites resumes from highly qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Headmaster/Headmistress. Candidates with experience in planning and developing infrastructure required for a conducive academic environment will be preferred.

Salary and allowances: The salary will be compatible with that of leading residential schools in India. The perks include furnished accommodation, a car with a driver for official use, domestic staff, gratuity, reimbursement for medical treatment, medical insurance and LTC.
Eligibility requirements
Academic Qualifications: Postgraduate and a Teaching Degree or an equivalent qualification.

Age: 45 to 55 years preferred.
Experience: Candidates will be preferred who have held the positions of Headmaster/Headmistress or Deputy Headmaster/Deputy Headmistress or a similar leadership post for at least three years, ideally in a co-ed residential school. Preference will be given to those having experience of modern teaching practices and integrating technology in the learning processes as well as those having experience in developing a framework for understanding, monitoring and improving education quality.
