AIIMS Delhi Open Counselling for PG courses vacant seats January 2020

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS-Delhi) has issued the admission notice for Open Counselling for filling up vacant Postgraduate subject/Specialty for January 2020 session, scheduled to be held on 20th February 2020.

Date of Open Counselling: 20th February 2020 (Thursday).
Time of Open Counselling: 8.30 a.m.
Venue: Jawaharlal Auditorium, AIIMS, New Delhi.

All allocation in the first, second, and third round of allocation/counselling for January 2020 session falling vacant by way of surrender/resignation till 1 p.m. on 16th February 2020 will be added to the open counselling session. The vacant position in all the subjects/Specialty will be displayed on the AIIMS website by 5 p.m. on 19th February 2020.

Any resignation request which is received after 16th February 2020, along with the penalty amount by way of Demand Draft, will be deemed as resignation and the subject/Specialty thus vacated will be included in the Open Counselling session. Hence, the number of availability in the subject/Specialty may change on the day of counselling.

Registration process
Students keen on attending the Open Counselling session will be required to first register their names on the AIIMS website at 

Online registration begins: 11 a.m. on 13th February 2020.
Online registration ends: 5 p.m. on 16th February 2020.

Important instruction: On the day of the Open Counselling session, the student has to produce the print out of the slip issued at the time of the online registration, along with all the original certificates of qualification. Students who do not have this print out will not be allowed to attend the Open Counselling session.
