MahaRERA Fellowship with stipend 2023

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) invites applications for the MahaRERA Fellowship. The Fellowship is for the duration of 12 months and selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend.

Fellowship Highlights

Number of Fellowships: 4 (the number of Fellowships may be increased)

Fellowship stipend: Rs. 50,000/- monthly stipend.

Location: Mumbai office

Eligibility criteria-

1. Academic Qualifications: MBA Degree or equivalent with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with a law background.

2. Age criterion: between 24 to 29 years as of the date of submission of the application for the Fellowship.

3. Skills: You should be able to write, read, and speak English.

Application procedure

Interested candidates can apply within 7 days of the release of the advertisement (dated 2nd November 2023) by email to techoff2@maharera.mahaonline.gov.in

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No fare expenses can be claimed for attending the interview.

Outhouse Hindi Film Review

Outhouse directed by Sunil Sukthankar and produced by Mohan Agashe, also playing one of the characters, is a charming film on the generational divide. The film was screened last month at the Third Eye Asian Film Festival in Mumbai and Thane, Maharashtra. On the face of it, Outhouse is about two elders, namely Nana, played by Agashe, and Aadima played by Sharmila Tagore who find themselves in conflict over the rightful owner of her grandson Neel’s pet poodle after it goes missing. But within that story arc, the writer, the late Sumitra Bhave, makes the film a gentle paean on urban loneliness, working women’s struggles, the precocity of children, and the fraught terrain of marriages and peripatetic lives.
