2014 Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships for college students

Federal Bank is inviting applications from eligible college students for the 2014 Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship. Students from the 4 States and educational disciplines mentioned below can apply for this scholarship. Applications should be submitted by 2nd November, 2014.

Eligibility Criteria

1. You must be a student of Indian origin.

2. You must be studying in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat or Maharashtra.

3. You should be studying in any of the following disciplines:

• Medicine
• Agriculture
• Engineering
• Nursing
• MBA

4. You should have been admitted through the Government quota in a Government, Aided or Self-financed college. This college should be recognized by any of the Universities of India and the tuition fees should be parity with the fees approved by the college under merit list.

5. You should have secured admission under the merit list during the academic year 2014-2015.

6. Your family income should be below Rs.2.50lakh per annum.

Scholarship Features

• 20 students from each discipline (mentioned above) will be reimbursed 100% of their tuition fees, up to a maximum of Rs.1lakh per year.
• One seat will be kept aside for physically challenged students. In case there are no sufficient applicants in this category, then cases of less than 40% also will be considered.
