CSIR-UGC test for JRF and NET June 2016

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced the schedule for the joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for lectureship (NET) June 2016 in various streams. Applications should be made online up to 1st March 2016 and the hard copy should be submitted by 7th March 2016 [14th March for remote areas].

The CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for lectureship (NET) June 2016 is being conducted in the following streams:

• Chemical Sciences
• Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences
• Life Sciences
• Mathematical Sciences
• Physical Sciences

Schedule of test

The exam will be held on 19^th June 2016 (Sunday) in 2 session, in the morning 9a.m. to 12noon and in the afternoon from 2p.m. to 5p.m. The subject-wise schedule of the exam will be notified later on the official website.

How to apply

1. Submit your application online through a link at www.csirhrdg.res.in

2. In order to apply online you need to download the Bank challan Performa from the official website and then deposit the requisite exam fee in any of the Indian Bank branches in India or from any other Bank through NEFT by following the instructions given on the challan performa.

3. Send the duly completed hard copy of the online submitted application form with the required enclosures(s) to:
