Customs Brokers Exam 2021 online written exam schedule and pattern
In January this year, the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Faridabad had released the notification for the Customs Brokers Exam 2021 scheduled for 24th March 2021. NACIN has now announced the pattern of the online written exam.
About the exam
The Customs Brokers Exam is necessary to apply for a Government Customs Broker License in India. The online written exam will be a computer-based one with 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and the exam is of totally 450 marks. The questions will be in both, English and Hindi.
Duration of the exam: Two and half hours, from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Marking Scheme is as follows-
- Each correct answer will get three marks.
- Each incorrect answer will get -1.
- Qualifying marks out of 450: 270 (that is, 60%).
After the written exam
On qualifying the written exam, you have to appear for an Oral Examination in the second quarter of 2021. You need to score a minimum of 60% in the oral exam.
