Haryana Online Centralized Counseling for B.Pharm. Admissions Schedule 2024-25

Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), which is under the aegis of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Haryana has announced the schedule of the Online Centralized Counseling for admission to the B.Pharmacy Course for the session 2024-25.

Who can apply

Candidates who appeared for the Online Common Entrance Test (OCET)-2024 to seek admission to the B. Pharmacy courses in government and private institutions and university departments in the State of Haryana can participate in the online Centralized Counseling for admission to the B.Pharmacy course for the academic session 2024-2025.

B.Pharm. Online Centralized Counseling Schedule

The schedule of Online Centralized Counselling for the B.Pharmacy Course is as follows-

First Counselling Session Dates

  1. Filling up choices and locking choices for Online centralized off-campus counselling at Haryana Tech Admissions Govt. portal will start on 19th September 2024 at 11 a.m. and close on 3rd October 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
  2. The result of the Seat Allotment will be declared on 4th October 2024 at 5 p.m.
  3. Candidates must report in person at the allotted institute from 7th October 2024 at 10 a.m. to 11th October 2024, 5 p.m. (except Sunday and Gazetted holidays).
  4. The respective institutes will update the vacant seats on the portal https://intrahstes.gov.in/ on 11th October 2024 by 11:59 p.m.
  5. Institute Level Counseling will be conducted from 28th October 2024 to 30th November 2024.
  6. The last date for the refund of the full fee is 25th November 2024 up to 11:59 p.m.

Second Counselling Session Dates

  1. Filling up choices and locking choices for Online centralized off-campus counselling at https://techadmissionshry.gov.in/ will start on 14th October 2024 at 11 a.m. and close on 17th October 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
  2. The result of the Seat Allotment will be declared on 18th October 2024 at 5 p.m.
  3. Candidates must report in person at the allotted institute from 21st October 2024 at 10 a.m. to 25th October 2024, 5 p.m. (except Sunday and Gazetted holidays).
  4. The respective institutes will update the vacant seats on https://intrahstes.gov.in/ on 25th October 2024 by 11:59 p.m.
  5. Institute Level Counseling will be conducted from 28th October 2024 to 30th November 2024.
  6. The last Date for the refund of the full fee is 25th November 2024 up to 11:59 p.m.

The final cut-off date for all admissions (including institute level) is 30th November 2024.
