Navy Children School Mumbai Recruitment of Headmistress/Headmaster 2025

Navy Children School, Mumbai, a prestigious CBSE school invites applications from qualified candidates having postgraduate qualifications and an excellent academic record for the position of Headmistress/Headmaster (HM). Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience, with the appointment effective from 1st July 2025. The school is a CBSE-affiliated co-ed school offering education from Class I to Class XII.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Academic Qualifications: You should have a Master's degree in any of the core subjects taught in the Navy Children Schools. The degree should be acquired through a regular course with at least 55% marks, and a Bachelor's degree in Education completed through a regular course with at least 50% marks from a UGC-recognized university.

2. Experience: You should have relevant administrative experience of at least three years as Head of any recognised Secondary school/Middle school/CBSE school or at least three years of experience as the Vice Principal of a recognised Secondary CBSE school or at least 10 years combined teaching experience as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Primary Teacher (PRT) in recognised CBSE schools of which at least three years should be with experience of a TGT.

3. Age criterion: You should be between 35 to 50 years of age as of 1st July 2025.
