Delhi Technological University MBA Business Analytics Admissions 2025-27

The Delhi School of Management of the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University (DTU) has released the admission notification for the MBA (Business Analytics) program for the academic session 2025-27. Interested students should apply by 8th June 2025. 

Overview

The MBA Business Analytics program is of two years' duration, with four semesters. There are 60 seats, with admission based on the combined merit list. This merit list is prepared based on CAT-2024/ MAT-2024/ MAT-2025 percentile, marks in class 10th, class 12th, performance in the personal interview, and work experience after graduation (internships and Articleships will not be considered).

The MBA Business Analytics program combines core management knowledge with advanced data analytics skills, helping you to gain expertise to make data-driven decisions to enhance business strategy and performance. You will enroll for a summer internship in the third semester and submit a project dissertation in the fourth semester.

General Electives offered include IoT, Semantic Web & Web Mining, International Financial Management, Operations Research & Strategy, etc. Discipline-specific Electives include Advanced Machine Learning, Social Media & Web Analytics, Security Analytics, Data Management and Ethics, etc.

Program Fee

The tentative fee structure is as follows-

1. For the academic year 2025-26: Rs. 2,36,700/-

2. For the academic year 2026-27: Rs. 2,36,700/-

Eligibility Requirements

1. Academic Qualifications: You should have passed any Bachelor’s degree exam with at least one paper in mathematics/statistics/applied mathematics with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate or an equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institution (SC/ST/PD candidates will be given a relaxation of 10% in marks)

2. Aptitude Test Scores: You should have a valid CAT-2024 /MAT-2024 /MAT-2025 percentile.

Note: If you are appearing in the final semester exam and possess a valid CAT/MAT score, you are eligible to apply for admission to the MBA Business Analytics program, but must submit the proof of eligibility by the date specified by DTU.

Registration Fee

All candidates have to submit a registration fee online of Rs. 1,500/- + the transaction fee as applicable.

Release of the second list for admission of waitlisted candidates against vacant/withdrawn seats: 11th July 2025

Reporting of selected and waitlisted candidates for the second counselling session: 15th July 2025

Last date of admission: 31st July 2025

Spot round of admission (if required): August 2025 (date to be announced later)
