Naval Kindergarten School, Colaba, Mumbai, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for various contractual positions. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements should submit their applications by 5th June, 2025.

Balvatika Teacher (BVT) Vacancy

1. Age criteria: 21 - 50 years as of 1st July 25

2. Educational Qualifications: You should have passed the Senior Secondary Class exam (Class XII or its equivalent) from a recognized board with a minimum 55% in aggregate, and a two-year Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-school Education/Early Childhood Education course or B.Ed (Nursery) or equivalent, completed as a regular course with at least 50% marks from a recognized university/institution.

3. Skills: You must have basic computer knowledge and fluency in English and Hindi.

School Counsellor Vacancy

1. Age criteria: 21 - 50 years as of 1st July 25

2. Educational Qualifications: You should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology/Child Development with a one-year Certificate/Diploma in Counselling. A Graduate/Post Graduate with a Diploma in Counselling are also eligible to apply.

3. Experience: Candidates with experience of teaching in reputed Foundational/ Pre-primary school(s) will be given preference.

Sahayika (Helper) Vacancy

Candidates applying for this position should be physically and medically fit. Only female candidates should apply

1. Age criteria: 21 - 35 years as of 1st July 25

2. Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board will be preferred.

3. Skills:  Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi.

Note: Shortlisted candidates for the post of Balvatika Teachers will be required to appear for the Common Written Test (CWT) scheduled on 14th June 2025 (an intimation will be sent to these candidates).
